Don’t Go There

                   Don’t Go There

   Don’t go to that building,

Don’t listen to that guy,

It’s not a real church,

And he’s full of lies,

     Don’t clap, don’t jump or think

that’s meaningful too

    All that silliness is just fooling you

into thinking you’re standing on all

Holy ground,

    But where is the Spirit of God to be found?

    Christ declared “upon this rock” He would love, heal, and grow His holy flock,

    Yet we think we know better God’s plan for His people,

    When we make up our worship (however feeble)

     By playing the game that Woman did play

    When she coyly asked, 

              “Did God really say?”
